DARING TEAMS

SET THE FOUNDATION TO REACH PEAK PERFORMANCE BY EMBRACING CONFLICT AND RADICALLY TRANSFORM THE WAY YOU OPERATE AS A TEAM

Daring teams is a disruptive two-day workshop that will transform the way a team interacts when tackling key topics that require open dialogue, debate and potential disagreement. Day 1 is a diagnostic day during which our facilitators will determine your team’s strengths and weakness when it comes to how to navigate conflict. Day 2 is then fully customised accordingly so as to meet the team’s actual and current needs, transforming the team’s ability to navigate conflict. In addition, you will choose a crucial, daring conversation you want to have as a team and we will facilitate it, giving you an opportunity to apply all the tools learned and reach a new level. “We have made more progress in the past two days than in the past two years” is what participants most often say at the end of the Daring Teams experience.

REVISIT YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO FEEDBACK AND LEARN THE ATTITUDE AND TOOLS TO GET COMFORTABLE GIVING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK

Feedback is tricky business. Just hearing the word conjures up memories of uncomfortable conversations or the urge to avoid them all together. Learning how to give feedback is essential, but if you don’t know how to receive it, there is no chance of change taking place. This half-day workshop takes care of both the giving and the receiving by transforming your relationship to feedback. You will leave confident to engage in constructive feedback conversations no matter what side of the table you’re sitting on.
